6 Busted For Marijuana Possession In Tredyffrin

Tredyffrin police arrested six individuals for possession of marijuana.

TREDYFFRIN, PA -- Tredyffrin police arrested six individuals for possession of marijuana over the past two weeks.

The following was provided by the Tredyffrin Township Police Department:

3/5/16 at 0119 hours – Upper Gulph Road in Wayne. Two men were charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia after police observed their vehicle in a parking after the business was closed.

3/5/16 at 1505 hours – Plank Avenue in Paoli. Police were dispatched to the report of a person sleeping in their vehicle in front of the store. Upon contact, officers smelled marijuana in the vehicle. Police then charged the suspect with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Paraphernalia.

3/7/16 at 0851 hours – West Valley Road in Wayne. While conducting a traffic stop, officers detected the odor of marijuana in the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia. During the transport to Tredyffrin Police Department, the suspect stated that his child was left unattended at home. Radnor Police were advised, and subsequent investigation resulted in additional charges for the defendant by Radnor Twp in Delaware County.
