6 Drug Possession Cases, Burglary, More: Tredyffrin Police Report
There were six drug possession cases, one burglary, and two harassment cases among others in the latest crime report from Tredyffrin Police.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – Tredyffrin Township Police released their most recent crime report on Tuesday, March 27, highlighting crime incidents in the township between March 11 and March 25.
Police handled six drug possession cases, a burglary, two harassment cases, and a shoplifting incident in that time frame.

POSSESSION
March 11, Curtis Court in Wayne – While responding to an activated residential alarm, officers detected the odor of suspected marijuana in the garage and home. Subsequently, Timothy Harner, 32, of Norristown, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
HARASSMENT
March 12, Chesterbrook Shopping Center – An 81-year-old man from Wayne was charged with harassment after he continually drove by the store to stare at the female employees after being instructed not to by police.

SHOPLIFTING
March 14, TJ Maxx store in Gateway Shopping Center – Ekaterina Avhimovich, 35, of King of Prussia, was charged with retail theft after loss prevention observed her concealing items and exiting the store without paying for all of the merchandise.
BURGLARY ARREST
March 16, 100 block of Daylesford Boulevard in Berwyn – The victim reported a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, officers observed a male standing in the home and took him into custody. The male – Yousef Fakhoury, 28, of Malvern – was charged with the following crimes: burglary; criminal trespassing/breaking-In; criminal mischief; terroristic threats; simple assault; loitering/prowling at night; theft by unlawful taking and harassment.
POSSESSION
March 16, Route 202 – During a traffic stop, officers charged Mark Mitchell, 48, and Christina Moore, 36, both of Downingtown, with possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
POSSESSION
March 17, Route 202 – During a traffic stop, officers charged Sean Smith, 31, of Zionsville, Pennsylvania, with possession of a small amount of marijuana.
POSSESSION
March 17, Swedesford Road in Malvern – During a traffic stop, officers charged Kayla Durrell, 23, of Coatesville,with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
HARASSMENT
March 19, Paoli Pointe Drive in Paoli – A 22-year-old female from Yeadon was charged with harassment after she was involved in an altercation.
POSSESSION
March 22, Route 202 – During a traffic stop, officers charged Shameer Dowell, 22, of Philadelphia, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
POSSESSION
March 25, Route 202 – While on patrol, officers observed a disabled vehicle. Upon contact with the vehicle and occupant, officers detected the odor of marijuana. The occupant, Dyon Pittman, 20, of Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
The following individuals were arrested for driving under the influence. The lab results and/or chemical breath testing have been officially verified and determined to be unfit to operate a motor vehicles safely on the roadway
- Timothy Keene, 26, of Philadelphia – BAC was .119 percent
- Catherine Schneider, 54, of Wayne – BAC was .246 percent
