88-Year-Old Man Drives Up Car-Carrier Ramp On Lancaster Ave: Report

He was injured when the car crashed into the back of the truck and fell off the ramp into traffic.

ARDMORE, PA - A man was injured when he drove his car up the ramps of a car-carrier vehicle last week on Lancaster Avenue, according to a report.

The victim, 88, crashed into the back of the truck and his car tumbled off the ramp and into the left lane of traffic, the report states.

The incident took place at about 8:10 a.m. on Thursday, December 17, according to Main Line Media News, near Old Wynnewood Road.

The man was injured when his car crashed back down to the street and hit a second car, according to the report.

The victim suffered a cut which required stitches, but no other injuries were reported.
