Learn the foundations of AcroYoga that will give you a practice built for creativity and growth. We will dive into this practice together using yoga, partner drills, flying, basing and spotting. We will cover the delicate art of thai massage as our pathway to promote healing and powerful listening.

This series is progressive and we will get to grow tremendously working together . Get ready to be fired up over the new movements you gain, energy you find, friendships you form, and new intelligence on how to move your body with ease.
