DEVON, PA – Renewal Presbyterian Church of Devon is announcing their newly formed congregation to the community of Devon, PA. A public celebration service is planned for Sunday, October 7, 2012.
“In starting Renewal on the Main Line,” said Senior Pastor David Skinner, “we want to be part of the fabric of this community, to start building a community here where we encourage a real sense of belonging. A person’s life does hold together unless they have a meaning in life, something to live for. From a Christian point of view, we believe that that something is Jesus.”
Renewal Presbyterian Church f Devon is a member of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). While it has been meeting in the area for over two years, Renewal only recently became a particular church in the PCA denomination.

The vision of Renewal Devon is to spread the gospel by making, maturing, equipping
and deploying followers of Jesus so that individuals, families, communities,
and cultures are renewed in Christ.
Renewal is an actively growing Christian community, composed mainly of the age group that is traditionally missing in many churches across the American landscape. Our congregation ranges from college students to married couples, with a quickly growing number of children. The church meets at the Lower School campus of Delaware County Christian School, located at 905 S. Waterloo Road Devon, PA.
