Residents will have access to their properties, but at times will need to enter from different directions due to changing work zones, according to Aqua.

Should residents' water need to be shut off, Aqua said it will notify customers 24 hours in advance of the shut off.

However an emergency shutdown might be necessary. In the event of a shutoff, Aqua said it will restore service as soon as possible.

Aqua will have an inspector on the job each day to answer residents' questions.
