Emergency, mail and trash vehicles will have access to the roads and residents will have access to their properties. However, Aqua said residents will need to enter from different directions due to changing work zones at times.
"We will notify customers 24 hours in advance of any scheduled shutdown," Aqua said in a letter to customers. "However, as with any construction project, an emergency shutdown might be necessary. If so, we will restore service as soon as possible."

After the new water main is in place, residents will have a period of time during which the main will be chlorinated and tested before being put into service, Aqua said.
"Once testing has been completed, we will transfer each water service and any fire hydrants onto the new main, then make the final connections on the side streets and abandon the old main," Aqua's letter said.
Permanent restoration will be complete in spring of 2017.
The new 8-inch ductile iron main will increase service reliability, reduce the potential for discolored water and improve firefighting capabilities in the area, the water company said. The project will cost $730,000 and will lay 4,290 feet of the new pipe.
Aqua will have an inspector on the job each day to answer your questions.
"If you have any questions regarding the project, please contact me at (610) 430-0747," Aqua PA said. "Should you have an emergency, including a water quality issue, please call our Customer Service Department or emergency dispatcher at (877) 987-2782."
Additionally, Aqua PA will be restricting Old Eagle School Road at Trowill Lane in Tredyffrin Township from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning Monday, Feb. 6 and ending Wednesday, Feb. 8 for water main installation.
All work is weather dependent, PennDOT said.
Motorists in the area should plan for added travel time when traveling through these work areas.
