On June 2, 2023, Tredyffrin Township Police Department charged Richard Rockefeller, 38 of Malvern, with DUI, Careless Driving, Traffic Control Signals, Public Drunkenness, and Operation of Vehicle without Official Certificate of Inspection after an officer came upon a two-vehicle accident in the Devon section of Tredyffrin Township.

On June 14, 2023, Tredyffrin Township Police Department charged Joseph McFadden, 60 of Norristown, with DUI, Accidents Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property, Driving While Operating Privileges are Suspended or Revoked, and Following Too Closely after officers responded to the Malvern section of Tredyffrin Township for a report of a “hit-and-run” accident.
Strangulation, Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, And Contempt For Violation Of Order
On June 12, 2023, Tredyffrin Township Police Department charged Blair Seawright, 26 of Philadelphia, with Strangulation, Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct, after officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the Chesterbrook section of Tredyffrin Township. Seawright was also charged with Contempt for Violation of Order after he violated an active Protection from Abuse Order.

On June 14, 2023, Tredyffrin Township Police Department charged Stephen Childs, 48 of Brookhaven, with Contempt for Violation of Order after he violated an active Protection from Abuse Order.
Accidents Involving Damage To Attended Vehicle Or Property, Duty To Give Information And Render Aid, Careless Driving, And Driving Vehicles At Safe Speed
On June 15, 2023, Tredyffrin Township Police Department charged Douglas Bruno, 45 of Wayne, PA with Accidents Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property, Duty to Give Information and Render Aid, Careless Driving, and Driving Vehicles at Safe Speed after officers were called to the Wayne section of Tredyffrin Township for a report of a “hit-and-run” accident.
Simple Assault And Harassment
On June 19, 2023, Tredyffrin Township Police Department charged Raul Vela-Aguilar, 28 of Malvern, with Simple Assault and Harassment after officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the Malvern section of Tredyffrin Township.

On June 24, 2023, Tredyffrin Township Police Department charged William Weaver, 76 of Devon, with DUI, Reckless Driving, and Careless Driving after officers responded to a retail establishment in the Devon section of Tredyffrin Township for a report of a one vehicle accident, where the vehicle struck the front of the store.
DUI – Incapable Of Safe Driving, Driving On Roadways Laned For Traffic, Driving Vehicle At Safe Speed, And Careless Driving
On June 26, 2023, Tredyffrin Township Police Department charged James Robertson, 43 of Devon, with DUI, Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic, Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed, and Careless Driving after officers were dispatched to a one vehicle accident in the Devon section of Tredyffrin Township.
The following individuals were arrested on outstanding warrants:
Anthony Basso, 47 of Flushing, New York, was taken into custody on June 9, 2023, by Tredyffrin Township Police Department for outstanding warrants held by East Whiteland Township Police Department and Willistown Township Police Department.
Hector Guilamo, 21 of Lancaster, was taken into custody by Tredyffrin Township Police Department for an outstanding warrant out of Lancaster County.
