RETAIL THEFT
June 30, CVS store in Paoli. The manager stated that two unknown actors removed a gift bag from the store shelf, filling it with several packages of Rogaine and Crest White Strips and walking out of the store without paying for the items. The case is under investigation.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS
9:54 a.m. July 11, Chesterbrook District Court. Robert Beyer, 62, of Wayne was charged with public drunkenness after police observed him to be visibly intoxicated.

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY
10:56 a.m. July 11, Route 202. While on patrol, police initiated a vehicle stop and discovered that the license plate was entered as stolen. As a result, the operator, Mark Costa, 48, of West Chester, was charged with receiving stolen property.

ASSAULT
3:13 p.m. July 14, Chestnut Lane in Wayne. Daniel Bomalaski, 32, of Wayne was charged with simple assault and harassment after he was involved in a domestic dispute.
