Attempted Break-In At Easttown Township Home

Police said a man tried to get inside a Beaumont Road home in the early morning hours of Feb. 4 but was unable to get inside.

EASTTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Easttown Township are asking for help identifying a man who tried to break into a township home recently.

Police said at about 3:47 p.m. on Feb. 4, a man tried to get into a Beaumont Road home through the front door.

He was carrying what police said looked like a long, silver object.

The man was unable to get inside the home and then fled on foot towards Beaumont Road

Police described the man as having facial hair and was wearing a dark knit hat, gray puffy jacket and gray sweat pants.
