Avonwood Drive Closing For 4 Weeks In Tredyffrin

Crews will be installing sewer pipes on Avonwood Drive for weeks. The road is closed to all traffic during the work, the township said.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – Avonwood Drive in Tredyffrin Township is closing for several weeks for sewer pipe replacement beginning Monday, Dec. 11.

The township said the road will be closed for four weeks to accommodate the work.

Those who need to get access to the neighborhood can enter the area from Pugh or West Valley roads.

Pipes being installed will be stored between 803 Avonwood Drive and 804 Avonwood Drive, the township said.

Once the pipes are installed, temporary black top will be put on the road until spring when township crews will completely repave the road with a permanent surface.
