Benefit Softball Game Moved After Party In The Park Cancelation

After Tredyffrin canceled the Party in the Park, Tredyffrin Police and the Berwyn Fire Co said the Battle of the Badges was rescheduled.

WAYNE, PA – Despite Tredyffrin Township canceling the annual Party in the Park due to the forecast and saturated fields, the new benefit softball game between members of the Tredyffrin Police Department and the Berwyn Fire Company will still be held but on a different date, according to Tredyffrin Township Police.

Police said the Battle of the Badges benefit softball game will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20 in Wilson Farm Park.

Police department and fire company members will face off on the softball diamond for bragging rights and to support two charities.
