Berwyn's Nectar Offering Special Clementine-Infused Options

The Berwyn eatery is taking advantage of clementines as they are in season to offer three limited-time only clementine-infused menu items.

BERWYN, PA – Nectar in Berwyn is living up to its name by offering special dishes designed around clementines as they hit peak season in December and January.

Nectar Owner and Chef Patrick Feury is introducing a new clementine-infused appetizer, drink, and dessert to his menu throughout December and January.

  • Clementine-Cured Salmon – a cold-cured salmon appetizer with a pickled raw vegetable salad and crispy rice
  • Clementine Cornbread dessert – with Prosecco Sabayon and a blood orange tuile
  • Clementine and Clove Martini – with Blue Coat Gin that has been infused with cloves and fresh clementine Syrup

"People go crazy for clementines this time of year, buying them by the bag or crate," Feury said. "I know I always end up buying multiple crates, and they're just one of the most delicious and flavorful fruits you can eat each winter."

Nectar is located at 1091 Lancaster Ave., Berwyn and is open for lunch Monday through Friday, and for dinner seven nights a week.
