We are a seventeen-attorney boutique law firm in Berwyn which emphasizes estate planning, estate administration, elder law/disability planning and special education law.

We recently hired Joseph McGettigan, Esq. who successfully prosecuted Jerry Sandusky. Mr. McGettigan will enhance our work in protecting vulnerable persons, including children, the disabled and the elderly.

 Hiring everyone of our staff, all of whom are talented and collegial.

 

Worst Decision:

Waiting too many years to enter full-time private practice in 1995, although delaying this more from the District Attorney’s Office also allowed me to serve as a special prosecutor in the remarkable murder prosecution of John duPont with Joseph McGettigan.

Treat everyone with respect and dignity - you can never do wrong in following this rule!

 

What do you like about doing business in Devon and Berwyn:

I could not be in a better location on Cassatt Avenue in Berwyn! We are close to everything and enjoy the wonderful shops and restaurants!

I have been given the highest rating possibly by Martindale Hubble’s rating of attorneys in the field of estate planning, and have been named advocate of the year for persons with disabilities.

 My wife Liz and I have four wonderful daughters who have greatly benefitted from their education in the Tredyffrin Easttown School District. Liz was one of the first certified nurse practitioners in Pennsylvania, and has worked at the University of Pennsylvania Health System for many years after working in local Main Line hospitals.
