A Cappella Concert To Benefit Historic Waynesborough Preservation

The night will feature wine, food, live music from West Chester's A Cappella Pops, and more all to preserve the historic site.

PAOLI, PA – West Chester's A Cappella Pops chorus group will head to Paoli in October to raise money for preservation efforts for one of the area's most significant historic sites.

On Oct. 15, the group will be part of a benefit concert that will help continue preserving Historic Waynesborough, which is the home of Revolutionary War General Anthony Wayne and housed seven generations of the Wayne family for more than 200 years.

The concert will begin at 3 p.m., Sunday Oct. 15 at Historic Waynesborough, 2049 Waynesborough Road, Paoli.

Attendees will enjoy music from the mixed-voice group, which is known for its harmonies and lively show style, food, wine, and more.

The concert is hosted in partnership with the Philadelphia Society for the Preservation of Landmarks and Jeffrey Miller Catering.

Proceeds will support the repair and maintenance of Historic Waynesborough.

General admission is $20 for adults and $15 for students. VIP admission is $45 and includes a wine, a hors d’oeuvres reception after the concert, and a mini-tour of the manor house.
