Charges Filed In Easttown Man's Fatal 2017 Overdose
A Norristown man is facing numerous charges, including felonies, after allegedly giving heroin to an Easttown man who fatally overdosed.

EASTTOWN, PA – Felony charges have been filed against a Montgomery County man who allegedly sold a fatal heroin dose to an Easttown Township man.
According to court records, Rodney Bryant Saxon, 26, has been charged with felony drug delivery resulting in death, felony criminal use of a communication facility, felony possession with intent to deliver, involuntary manslaughter, and related charges, court records show.
Saxon is accused of selling the fatal dose in July 2017, court records show.

He was held on $200,000 bail after being arraigned on July 11, according to court documents.
Saxon is slated to appear for a preliminary hearing on July 18, court records show.
