WEST WHITELAND TOWNSHIP, PA — A Chester County carnival has been canceled after an attack was caught on camera.
West Whiteland Township Police said the Exton Carnival is canceled following the release of a video on the attack.
The video, which was captured by a business in the mall, shows a man with long hair being punched and kicked several times.

As a result, the permit for the Good Time Amusements Carnival located in the outer lot of the Exton Square Mall was revoked.
"The safety of all those attending is primary and foremost in the decision to cancel the Carnival," police said.

Questions regarding refunds should be directed to Good Time Amusements of Hellertown, police said.
Police are looking to identify the suspect and witnesses in the incident.
