Chester Springs Man Arrested For DUI in West Chester: Cops

A Chester Springs man is accused of driving the wrong way down a one way street while driving under the influence, West Chester police said.

Anthony Tummillo, 22, was arrested on May 15 at about 2:08 a.m. on West Market Street, according to police.

Tummillo was processed and released on summons.
