TREDYFFRIN-EASTTOWN, PA — Tredyffrin/Easttown School District students, parents, staff members and district community members are invited to join a group with the goal of helping shape the district's strategic plan.
Since 1996, strategic planning has played an integral role in providing a roadmap for educational initiatives. As part of this ongoing cycle of strategic planning, the district is working on a refreshed plan to outline a new educational vision for its students.
Participants will work in a collaborative process that will help shape action plans in eight strategic areas: change, curriculum, engagement, sustainability, equity, faculty support, mental health & wellbeing, and safety.

These areas of focus were identified by the District Strategic Planning Committee, comprised of district stakeholders and informed by surveys and interviews gathered from the community over the past few years.
The district’s goal is to create action teams that have a presence from each level of T/E schools and reflect the community at large.
