Conestoga Athletic Hall Of Fame Nominations Now Open

BERWYN, PA – Do you know a former Conestoga High School sports standout, a legendary team, or a former impactful coach who deserves come recognition from the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District? If so, you can nominate them for the T/E and Conestoga High School Athletic Hall of Fame class of 2018.

The Hall of Fame is accepting nominations now through Friday, April 6 for its 2018 induction class.

Inductees will be honored at the 2018 homecoming football game and at a Hall of Fame banquet, according to the district.

The T/E and Conestoga High School Athletic Hall of Fame has 34 inductees who have exemplified "exceptional skill, determination, success, integrity and character throughout their career," according to the district. And you can add to that number by submitting nominations.

The following criteria will be used for nominees:

• Athletes/Teams must have graduated from Conestoga at least ten years ago;
• coaches must be retired from the T/E School District;
• contributors (Gerry Gasser Award) are individuals who have provided outstanding service and support of Conestoga Athletics over a significant period of time.
