Conestoga Lacrosse: Champions On and Off the Field

The Pioneers help raise money for kids in need.

Last week the Conestoga Boys Lacross team won the state championship. Before they took the field, the Pioneers were champions for impoverished kids.

The team held a "free" car wash last week to raise money through donations for Lacrosse the Nations.  According to the organization's website, Lacrosse the Nations was founded in 2008 to help unify the lacrosse community to improve education and health while creating hope and opportunity for children in need.

Photos from the car wash can be found by clicking here for a link to the Lacrosse the Nations blog page.
