Conestoga Student Artist Wins Regional Art Award
Senior Quinn Simpkins will attend University of the Arts in Philadelphia this fall and is majoring in illustration. Congratulations, Quinn!

BERWYN, PA – A Conestoga High School artist who will be pursuing his art career in college this fall was recently honored with a regional art award, according to the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District.
Senior Quinn Simpkins received the Delaware Valley Art League (DVAL) award on Friday, May 18, the district said.
DVAL President Jeanne Marston and DVAL representatives Linda Dubin Garfield and Priscilla Bohlen presented Simpkins with a scholarship and a Dick Blick gift card to purchase art supplies.

The DVAL award is bestowed on a promising student artist who has committed to pursue an art major in college, the district said.
Simpkins, a member of National Art Honor Society and has displayed his work at the Chester County Art association and the Easttown Library, will be attending University of the Arts in Philadelphia in the fall and plans to major in illustration.
