New 'Craft' Doughnut, Coffee Shop Preps For Grand Opening On Main Line
The restaurant chain, known for its layered doughnuts, is opening its first Philly-area location soon.
BERWYN, PA — Parlor Doughnuts plans to open soon in Berwyn, marking the national doughnut chain's first shop in the Philadelphia area.
Founded in Illinois in 2019, Parlor Doughnuts bills itself as a "craft doughnut and coffee shop."
Parlor is known for its layered doughnuts, with layers of buttery dough fried to be crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with different toppings available. Doughnuts are made in small batches.

Menu items also include coffee, tea and breakfast sandwiches. Vegan, gluten-friendly and keto-friendly products are also available, according to Parlor.
The Berwyn location has scheduled its grand opening for June 13 at 604 Lancaster Ave.
