'The Crucible' Debuts At Conestoga High School Thursday

BERWYN, PA – Conestoga High School will head back to the 1600s this weekend as young thespians take the stage for their production of Arthur Miller's "The Crucible."
Parents, guardians, friends, family, and theater fans have four chances to see the show.
"The Crucible" will be performed at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, Friday, Nov. 17, and Saturday Nov. 18. There will also be a matinee show at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18.

All shows will be held in Hobson C. Wagner Auditorium at Conestoga High School.
Miller's allegory for the McCarthy era of American history tells the story about the Salem witch trials and guides the audience to examine a situation where lies become truth and innocent people cannot defend themselves.

"Join us for this classic drama where accusations fly and a grim plotunfolds," 'Stoga Music Theater says of the show. "Find out who will be left, and when the madness will end!"
Tickets cost $10 for students (19 an under), seniors (62 and over), and Tredyffrin/Easttown School District staff. Adult tickets cost $12.

"The Crucible" is in four parts. It is directed by Natalie Wallace and produced by special arrangement with Dramatists' Play Service, Inc.
