Downed Wires, Trees Suspend Paoli/Thorndale Line Monday Morning
SEPTA said a downed tree and downed wires in Wayne impacted its service on the Paoli/Thorndale Line during Monday morning's commute.
WAYNE, PA — SEPTA's Paoli/Thorndale line is up and running again after a tree came down in Wayne, SEPTA said.
At about 6:30 a.m., SEPTA said the line was suspended due to Amtrak power problems caused by downed wires near the Strafford Station.
Service resumed at about 7 a.m.

However, SEPTA said riders on the line may experience delays of up to 30 minutes.
Additionally, the Trenton Line is seeing delays of up to 30 minutes on due to ongoing Amtrak switch problems, SEPTA said.
