East Central Avenue Project Affecting Traffic Saturday: Tredyffrin Twp.
Work on the project will continue throughout the day Saturday, weather permitting, the township said.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – More work on the East Central Avenue Multi-Modal Project is set to take place this weekend, according to Tredyffrin Township.
Officials with the township said additional work will be done during the daytime hours of Saturday, Aug. 26.
There will be a modified traffic pattern on East Central Avenue between Route 252 & Pennington Road. The
modified traffic pattern will move east to west on East Central Avenue as construction continues. Two way traffic will be maintained for the duration of the project.

The work is weather permitting, the township said.
The project will upgrade the existing sidewalks on the south side of East Central Avenue from Route 252, near Paoli Pointe, all the way west to the Station Square Office Complex.

Also, ADA ramps and crosswalks will be installed along East Central Avenue at various locations.
Not only that, the existing travel lanes will be reduced in width by 5 feet on both sides of the roadway to include new 5-feet bike lanes.
The entire project is slated to be completed in this year.
