Easttown Closing Through April 30, Meetings Canceled

In an ongoing effort to keep residents safe during the new coronavirus pandemic, Easttown Township is closing its doors through April 30.

EASTTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Due to the new coronavirus, of COVID-19, Easttown Township is taking more measures to protect residents.

The township said all buildings and facilities will be closed through April 30.

Additionally, all township meetings — except for the Board of Supervisors meeting scheduled for April 20 — have been canceled.

Township operations will function, but in a much more limited capability. Emails and phone calls will be responded to.

Sewer and trash collections will go on normally, however bulk pick-up is suspended until further notice.

Police, fire, and EMS personnel will still respond to calls as normal, while taking precautions to protect themselves and the public.

Township parks are open for passive use. However, all playgrounds, basketball courts, and restroom are closed until further notice.
