EASTTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Officials in Easttown Township said all buildings and facilities will remain closed for at least two more weeks.

Police Officers, as well as fire and EMS personnel, continue to respond to calls as normal while taking every precaution to protect themselves and the public.

Sewer and trash services will continue without any interruptions. Bulk trash collection is returning in a limited format (one item per household).

The Township operations will function but in a much more limited capability: emails and phone calls will be responded too. Emergency services and vital public services will not be affected.

"We encourage all residents to practice safe and responsible social distancing," officials said. "We understand that these are challenging times and that we are in uncharted territory. This will require cooperation, flexibility, and patience; and, everyone has a role to play."
