This event will offer information on how to take advantage of local opportunities that help seniors stay active
On Tuesday, July 7th at 1PM Surrey Services for Seniors will present “Enhancing Golden Social Opportunities” for boomers and interested parties. This session will provide information on specific local opportunities to engage mind, body and spirit.
Scientific studies show that active seniors are not only healthier and happier but are also better able to navigate the challenges of aging. Today’s seniors have more opportunities for social interaction than ever.
