Caregivers Treated To Day of Caring

If you care for an elder relative or know someone who does, you may have many unanswered questions. Open to the public, family caregivers can spend an afternoon with face-to-face connections of eldercare experts and receive validation for their Herculean efforts. Keynote Speaker Dr. Linda M. Rhodes, former Secretary of Aging for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, will give a free lecture.

Afterwards Dr. Rhodes will host a book signing for Finding Your Way – 250 Real Life Questions & Commonsense Answers… A Practical Guide for Family Caregivers. The day is hosted by Family Caregivers of Elders Support (F.A.C.E.S.), an organization offering a caring environment, since 2008, to caregivers on topics such as medical, legal, financial insights as well as an open forum to discuss issues with others who truly understand the daily life of a caregiver.

Light refreshments will be served.
