The Daylesford Neighborhood Association (DNA) invites you to attend a meeting/Q & A Session with Ed Morris of Morris Realty to discuss the re-development of the Jimmy Duffy's property to an Assisted Living Facility.
Mr. Morris is proposing changes to the existing language for all commercial properties across the township that would impact ALL of the land on Rte. 30 between Glenn Avenue and Rte. 252! The Assisted Living facility that he's proposing would be a 5 (FIVE) story building! The DNA does NOT support any development of buildings taller than 3 stories!
