Experiencing Meditation at Artisan Yoga

Have you ever wondered how meditation could affect your
well-being?  Do you want to practice
meditation at home but feel overwhelmed or unsure about how to begin?  Experiencing Meditation is your opportunity
to learn about meditation in a safe, supportive environment.

This four week series will explore meditation
experientially, letting you experiment with a variety of practices.  Discover which type of meditation is right
for you and how to begin practicing at home. 
Learn about the potential health benefits of practicing meditation on a
regular basis and how to avoid some common pitfalls.

Plan to wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, and bring a pen and paper
to each session.  You can also bring an
