Rosen, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FranNet, an international franchise consulting firm and President of Sunbelt Business Brokers of Pennsylvania will talk about how to buy or sell a business.  You will get specific information on what to do and what it takes to work on your own.  You will leave the session knowing if owning a small business is right for you and
