The Wayne Art Center is pleased to partner with Radnor Township to present Township Manager Bob Zienkowski’s Health and Wellness Challenge. Manager Zienkowski is on a wellness/weight-loss quest and will donate $10 to a local charity for every pound that he loses from now until May 1, 2012. He encourages community members to also make a commitment to improve their health and fitness. In conjunction with the challenge, Wayne Art Center will host a series of classes, featuring weight control education and hands-on healthy culinary demonstrations taught by Emma Fogt, MBA, MS, RD, LDN. Manager Zienkowski will visit each class to greet residents and share his progress. This class will focus on eating well through the holidays.
