During this interactive workshop, we will talk about things to consider when preparing to breastfeed, what to expect in the early days and weeks of breastfeeding, when and where to seek help if needed. The workshop will emphasize the many resources available for breastfeeding mothers. Basic breastfeeding information is provided during this workshop.
