Five DUI Suspects Booked By Tredyffrin Police
Blood alcohol content ranged from just over the legal limit to .199 percent.
Five DUI suspects were taken into custody by the Tredyffrin Township Police Department from October 14 to October 20.
The individuals were determined to be “unfit to operate motor vehicle safely on the roadway,” police said.
The following suspects were arrested, and charges were pressed:

- Anthony Bari, 51, of Pottstown, PA - BAC (Blood Alcohol Content) was .09%
- Beverly Dawson, 60, of Exton, PA – BAC was .173%
- David Laudenslager, 34, of Exton, PA – BAC was .190%
- Matthew McCarthy, 26, of Norristown, PA – BAC was .167%
- Tina McCarthy, 28, of Malvern, PA – BAC was .199%
