Forgery, Theft, Disorderly Conduct: Recent Police Reports

• Around 6:40 p.m. Jan. 5 on Darby Road in Paoli. Sibonginkosi Marongedza, 39, of Paoli was charged with disorderly conduct after police said he was involved in an incident at Paoli Library.
• On Jan. 9 on the 100 block of Curtis Court in Wayne, police charged Daniel Jacobs, 33, of Wayne with tampering of record,; forgery and identity theft. An investigation stemming from an incident in early December 2014 identified Jacobs as the actor, police said. Jacobs was arraigned and was released on $10,000 bail.
• Around 12:15 p.m. Jan. 9 on the 1800 block of Hawkweed Way in Malvern, the victim reported their unlocked vehicles were rummaged through during the overnight hours. An article of clothing was missing, police said.
• Around 5 p.m. Jan. 10 at Gateway Shopping Center, Donald Seeger, 38, of Parkesburg was charged with disorderly conduct after police said he was involved in an incident at the Sprint Store.
