PURSE THEFT
July 27, Acme Markets in Strafford – The victim reported their purse stolen while they were shopping in the store. It was later turned in to another store. Stolen was $175 and a credit card. The case is under investigation.

POSSESSION
July 30, Route 202 – Brian Gunning, 36, of Norfolk, Virginia, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia during a traffic stop.
CHILD CUSTODY INTERFERENCE
July 30, Knobb Hill Lane in Malvern – Brittany Stanley, 29, of Norristown, was charged with interference with custody of a child and concealment of the whereabouts of a child after she failed to return the child to their legal guardian.
POSSESSION
July 31, Upper Gulph Road in Wayne – Kevin Avila, 19, of Drexel Hill, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia during a traffic stop.
POSSESSION
Aug. 1, Route 202 – Michael Rossi, 18, of Lansdale, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia during a traffic stop.
THEFT/FRAUD
Aug. 4, Westwind Drive in Berwyn – The victim reported the theft of Canadian Maple Gold Coins during an eBay transaction. The coins were valued at $3,841 which the victim paid. The coins were re-routed to another address without verification. The case is under investigation.
The following individuals were arrested for driving under the influence. Lab results and/or chemical breath testing have been officials verified and determined the following people to be unfit to operate a motor vehicle safely on the roadway.
- Janet Heaton, 50, of Berwyn, PA - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .116%
- Ashley Locasale, 31, of Royersford, PA – BAC was .129%
- Ryan Pepin, 25, of Paoli, PA – BAC was .199%
- Heather Seid, 50, of Norristown, PA – BAC was .216%
- Matthew Varga, 27, of West Chester, PA – BAC was .166%
