Glenhardie Road Bridge To Reopen In December: Tredyffrin Officials
Crews are working to install the pre-cast concrete arch bridge, headwall, wingwalls, and more before the projected December reopening.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Tredyffrin Township officials said the Glenhardie Road bridge will open in next month as progress on the replacement project moves along.
According to officials, the project contractor received delivery and is working on the installation of the pre-cast concrete arch bridge, headwall, and wingwalls for the new bridge over Trout Creek on Glenhardie Road near the intersection of Richards Road.
After the bridge arch is installed, crews will backfill and reconstruct the roadway and adjacent bridge walls.

Curbing, landscaping, staining, and site restoration work will also take place after installation.
The road-bridge is expected to open in December.

Depending on weather conditions, work such as landscaping and wall staining may not take place until Spring 2025.
