For more than 40 years the Church of the Good Samaritan’s annual Fair Days has brought together the entire community for 2 days of good fun, good fellowship and good food where all the financial proceeds are then directed to assist and support mission and outreach initiatives locally, nationally and internationally. This year’s Fair, on June 10th and 11th will still be focused on fun, food and fellowship but with a few new wrinkles.

First, along with more than 100 vendors offering great deals on crafts, collectibles and antiques, food will be provided by local restaurants and caterers like Jimmy’s BBQ, Lulu’s Café, Bonjour Creperie as well as Pertucci’s Ice Cream, along with great baked goods, soda, juice, water and popcorn. Additionally, we will have an expanded children’s game area which will include moon-bounce and inflatable slide. Finally this year’s fair will feature a stage with ongoing live entertainment throughout the two days, including a number of local and nationally recognized musical acts as well as a world famous ventriloquist and a nationally known illusionist.

In addition to all the fun and fellowship, the goal of this year’s fair fun is to raise awareness and make an impact in the global water crisis, as well as the growing problem of “food insecurity” right here in Chester County. Fair proceeds are directed to fight food insecurity through the Good Samaritan Food Closet and provide clean and safe drinking water through Water Mission
