Solace Counseling offers compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and life’s challenges. I am a licensed clinician and EMDR-certified therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience, providing both in-person and virtual sessions to clients across Pennsylvania. My office is located in Paoli, PA. My work is grounded in whole-body, trauma-informed care that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotional experience. I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to support meaningful, lasting change—not just symptom relief. Emotional safety, support, and non-judgment are central to my practice, and I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, respected, and at ease. I view therapy as a collaborative process. While I bring clinical training and structure, I believe clients hold deep insight into what they need and value. Together, we work to explore patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and growth—always at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Bartram Covered Bridge invites the public to sail their model boat on the Crum Creek with prizes for the most seaworthy. Octagonal School offers 1800's school experience. All sites offer tours, St Davids Church, St. Albans Episcopal Church, Friends Meeting House, Newtown Train and Trolley Museum, Hayti Cemetery, and Stoney Lonesome private residence in Marple.&nbsp; Free.&nbsp;
