TERRORISTIC THREATS

9/16/15 at 1153 hours – Home Properties of Devon. Neil Patel, 40, of Duluth, GA was charged with Terroristic Threats and Harassment after he was involved in a domestic dispute.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS

9/18/15 at 2100 hours – Cedar Hollow Preserve in Malvern. Jeffrey Miller, 49, of Downingtown, PA was charged with Public Drunkenness after officers detected the strong odor of alcohol on his person while parked in the lot.

RETAIL THEFT

9/20/15 at 1038 hours – Kmart store in Strafford. Jacqueline Erixxon, 49, of Devon, PA was charged with Retail Theft after she attempted to exit the store without paying for merchandise in her possession.

IDENTITY THEFT

9/25/15 at 1012 hours – 300 block of Beechwood Road in Berwyn. The victim reported that an unknown actor using the victim’s information deposited a fraudulent check into their account, then withdrew a large amount of the deposited money. The case is under investigation.

THEFT

9/25/15 at 1453 hours – Armstrong Court in Wayne. The victim reported that an unknown actor cashed a check from their account. It is unknown when the theft of the check occurred.

POSSESSION

9/25/15 at 1530 hours – Paoli Train Station. Michael Franklin, 53, of Philadelphia, PA was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

9/26/15 at 1654 hours – 300 block of Woodmont Circle in Berwyn. The homeowner reported that potted plants located on the deck were emptied out and the pots were broken by actor(s) unknown.
