Is there a kids’ menu? No, but many of the appetizers are very approachable for kids and the menu is very familiar.

Are there healthy options? There are salads, soups, pastas and sandwiches on the menu, so it’s definitely not just fried.

How does the restaurant deal with food allergies?  Be sure to let your server know about any known food allergies your child may have. If your child’s allergies are severe, be vigilant.

Is the restaurant so quiet that any childish outburst will draw attention or is there enough noise that a small cry is likely to go unnoticed? Baxter’s is pretty casual. The dining area is separate from their bar area and there are booths that tend to keep noises isolated.
