La Cabra Brewing Opening New Eatery In Former Main Line Pizzeria
The Berwyn brewers are opening another spot on the Main Line in a former pizzeria that just closed its doors after three years.
BERWYN, PA – La Cabra, Berwyn's popular brewpub, is expanding on the Main Line.
La Cabra partner and brewer Dan Popernack announced Monday that the brewers are expanding, opening a new eatery in the former Biga Pizza + Beer location at 810 Glenbrook Ave. in Bryn Mawr.
Bodega will be a live-fire kitchen with a focus on preparing food using a wood-burning oven as well as a smoker from chef Luke Loomis.

Bodega will also serve La Cabra’s Flavor Positive brews.
In the announcement, Popernack said much work is needed to be done before Bodega opens, but it expected to open in late spring.

Biga Pizza + Beer closed its doors after serving hungry Main Liners for three years on Dec. 29.
