Lanes Closing On Diamond Rock, Swedesford Roads In Tredyffrin

Work will be done Saturday morning this week, then during the daytime Monday through Wednesday next week, PennDOT said.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Single lane closures are scheduled on Diamond Rock Road and Swedesford Road in Tredyffrin Township for various maintenance activities, PennDOT said.

Work will be done Saturday this week, then Monday through Wednesday next week.

The work schedule is:

  • Saturday, Sept. 21, from 6 a.m. to noon, Diamond Rock Road will be reduced to a single lane with flagging between Yellow Springs Road and Country Club Road for ditching; and
  • Monday, Sept. 23, through Wednesday, Sept. 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Swedesford Road will be reduced to a single lane with flagging between Cedar Hollow Road and U.S. 202 for mechanized patching.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur.

All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
