Lanes Closing On US 422, North Gulph Road In Tredyffrin Next Week
PennDOT said work on a project to widen and improve bridges will force overnight lane closures on the two roads next week in Tredyffrin.
TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — U.S. 422 and North Gulph Road in Tredyffrin and Upper Merion townships will have lane closures next week due to overhead bridge construction, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, crews will be working overnight Tuesday through Friday next week on the two roads.
A single lane closure will be in place on both eastbound and westbound U.S. 422 between 1st Avenue and U.S. 202.

The eastbound lane will close from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the westbound lane will be closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
And, a single lane closure will be in place in both directions on North Gulph Road between 1st Avenue and U.S. 202.

This lane will close from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
PennDOT said this work is part of a Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission project to widen and improve its bridges between mileposts 324-326.
Drivers should use caution and be prepared for slow or stopped traffic approaching the work areas.
The schedule is weather dependent.
