Large, Fallen Tree Seriously Injures Person In Easttown
The victim was hospitalized in stable condition.
EASTTOWN, PA — A person was seriously injured after a tree fell on them Tuesday in an Easttown home's yard, officials said.
It happened around 4:30 p.m. on the 400 block of Old Lancaster Road, where a large tree fell and pinned the victim between a thick branch and a riding lawn mower, according to the Berwyn Fire Company.
During the rescue, the rest of the tree fell and landed away from everyone else, officials said.

The person was brought to Paoli Hospital in serious-but-stable condition.
It wasn't immediately clear what caused the tree to fall.
