"As a part of Bike Chester County's mission, we want to create a community of informed and connected citizens who understand the importance of bicycling and pedestrian access in your neighborhoods," the cycling group said. "A lot of planning goes on behind the scenes to get trails and other multi-modal options created. As advocates for better bicycling in Chester County, we want to shed light on the processes and projects happening in our County to make it better with a public meeting."
