Welcome to the Chester Valley Trail velodrome.

High speed riders like this bicycle race track; it is almost all straightaways, and the speed limit of 15 miles per hour is ignored with impunity.

Pedestrians get in the way, but even though they have the right of way, they soon learn that they rarely get the required audible warning by racers who swoosh close by.

Pedestrians will soon learn that it is saver for them to walk on the roads and sidewalks near their homes.
