One fire hydrant had been partially dug out, but the other one was not.

Officials said an initial interior attack was unable to prevent the collapse of floors and ceilings. Crews then initiated an exterior attack, and were able to bring the blaze under control before 4:30 p.m.

No injuries were reported.

It’s not yet known what caused the blaze.
